If you have problems running the programs check the following before
calling for technical assistance:
1.
Check for proper loading and installation
2. Check your computer for adequate RAM 16MB or more
3. Monitor -Check color settings -(256 x 640 x 480 pixels)
or more
4. Make sure that the sound card is working properly
5. Check for Quick Time 4.0 (Movie Player) and make sure
it is installed. If you do not have, reinstall and set up during
installation of the program. Quick Time 4.0 is in the Program Folder.
(Windows & Mac)
6. Uninstall the program and restart your computer. Then
reinstall the program.
